Is there a fee if I want to convert the consultant to a permanent, direct employee?
After the consultant has been on the job for 6 months, there is no fee. Conversion in the first 6 months is pro-rated based on the number of months. For example, if the consultant has been on the job for 3 months, the fee would be just 10%! We never stand in the way if you want to convert one of our candidates to a permanent hire.

How often do you invoice?
We invoice every two weeks. The signed time sheet is always included with our invoice.

Will we ever see our representative?
A focal point of our business is our consultants. Art Roberts or someone from our staff visits with our consultants weekly. The sole purpose of these visits is staff support. If a client would like to make an appointment with one of our representatives, please contact us.

Do you pay your consultants for overtime?
Yes. All of our consultants are paid for every hour worked. Some of our clients specify in the contract that consultants will be compensated on a premium basis for overtime.

What if the consultant has to travel on the job?
Most of our clients have policies about consultant travel. Some prefer to pay for all the consultant expenses in advance. Others prefer to have the consultant pay their own expenses and ask us to invoice the charges with the timesheet. Wo do not add a surcharge for travel expenses.

Do all your consultants sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. All our consultants must sign a Confidentiality Agreement before they can begin their first assignment. That agreement protects you and your sensitive data. Many of our clients have their own Non-Disclosure Agreement as well. Our consultants are typically experienced with this type of agreement.

How soon can a First Consultant start?
That depends on your need. But in most cases we are able to put a qualified consultant to work as soon as you are ready for them.

What size projects do you consult on?
We provide consultants for short term (three months) to long term (several years).

What is your business model?
We are a virtual company with professional consultants who telecommute using state-of-the-art technology to maintain a connection with the client. When necessary, onsite visits allow the consultant to gather and verify information to resume work offsite.
